  • A person should only eat when hunger is felt because it means that their previously ingested food has been digested.

  • Drinking too hot or too cold water can be harmful to the digestive power. It is recommended to drink water at room temperature or lukewarm. 

  • There should be a proper interval between the two meals. 3-5 hours is the recommended time, depending on the individual. 

  • Eat slowly and enjoy every meal you take.
