Prior to shipping, we do several levels of rigorous quality checks, hence eliminating any chances of counterfeit products. Shipping and Delivery:

Orders placed on our site will be shipped within 48 to 72 working hours (subject to availability of products). Once shipped, they will be delivered to you within 3-10 working days (subject to delivery TAT of our logistic partners). Estimated delivery time may change due to the customer's geographical location, shipping destination, product availability, and courier partner’s delivery time & location. Customers are advised not to accept tampered or damaged shipments.

General:

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await the restocking of the back order of items or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Shipping cost:

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for the shipping cost to the customer.
