What care do you take to keep your skin healthy?

Taking care of your skin is a vital part of maintaining your overall health. Your skin is the largest organ in your body, and it serves an important role in protecting your body from external elements. Following are some of the simple steps that I follow to keep my skin healthy.

1. Cleanse: Every morning and evening, I use a gentle cleanser to remove dirt and oil from my skin.

2. Exfoliate: Once or twice a week, I exfoliate my skin with a mild scrub to remove dead cells and promote cell renewal.

3. Moisturize: After cleansing or exfoliating, I apply moisturizer to hydrate my skin and prevent dryness. Since I have dry and dull skin, I use extremely hydrating yet non sticky IMROZ FACE CREAM WITH HEMP SEED OIL & ROSEHIP OIL. It promotes collagen production, slows down aging while making your skin glowing.

4. Protect: Whenever I go out in the sun, I wear sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher to protect my skin from harmful UV rays.

5. Hydrate: Drinking plenty of water helps keep my skin hydrated from within and flushes out toxins that can damage it.

6. Eat healthy: A balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, and healthy fats provides essential nutrients for maintaining healthy skin.

7. Sleep well: Getting enough sleep (7-8 hours) every night gives your body time to repair and regenerate your cells including those in your skin.
