My hair care routine consists of a few key steps to keep my locks healthy and looking great. Firstly, I make sure to only shampoo my hair once or twice a week to avoid stripping it of its natural oils. When I do shampoo, I use a sulphate-free formula that is gentle on my scalp.
After washing my hair with cool water (to help seal the cuticle), I apply conditioner from mid-lengths to ends and leave it in for several minutes before rinsing thoroughly with cold water. Once out of the shower, I gently towel-dry my hair before applying a detangling spray or leave-in conditioner.
To protect against heat damage from styling tools like blow dryers and flat irons, I always use a heat-protectant spray or serum prior to styling. Additionally, when air-drying my hair or using hot tools sparingly, I'll often add in some volumizing mousse for extra oomph.
In addition to following a regular gair care routine, I also use Sage Hair Revitiliser to promote hair growth and reduce dandruff. Regular application of this hair vitalizing oil on scalp effectively prevents all scalps and hair related problems while making it more glossy, healthy and irresistible to touch.
And finally, every 6-8 weeks or so, I get regular trims to prevent split ends and keep my hairstyle looking fresh.
