It is highly s/o orthostatic hypotension (OHP), which is a form of low blood pressure caused by blood vessels failing to constrict when the body takes an upright position. It is usually a symptom of an underlying disorder & the incidence of orthostatic hypotension increases with age. It is noted that many conditions causes the same; as that of cardiac, endocrine, NS disorders etc. Certain medications too causes the postural hypotension (OHP). I would recommend a thorough screening in the initial phase, so as to find out the underlying cause. After which, we can plan an effective treatment measure.
